How to obtain an EasyJet invoice for the “subsidio Madeirense”

edited December 1969 in Powergirls
Even if you have booked your flight FNC-LIS-FNC or FNC-OPO-FNC on the English or German site, you need to go to to get an official invoice. On the right hand side of the page, there is a big button “Subsidio Madeirense”. Clicking on it gets you to a form you need to fill out – attention, you cannot return and correct the details once you have sent it! Also stupid: you can only request the invoice for one flight at a time, and not for ida and volta.
Then EasyJet will send you an official invoice, and together with the boarding passes, and the presentation of passport and no. contribuinte, the post office can process the request and pay out the subsidio.
If you have filled out the form incorrectly or if you have questions: EasyJet has a call centre at 808 204 204, they can correct the form and get the invoice on the way.
