Long Term Accommodation at the Private Apartments of Senhor Gabriel

These apartments situated halfway up the hill overlooking Funchal on the east side and are ideal for the short term traveller, that is, a couple of months... All the apartments compete excellently well with the quality and comfort of the more commercial residencials or “pensions” in the centre of town. In fact some people opt to move here after they have stayed a short while in a small hotel or inn.

There are 4 apartments available. Each a one bedroom apartment with a double bed - or two single beds if required.  The only difference between any of the apartments is that the main one (picture above) sits on top of the others and  has a wider view over Funchal.

  • Parking outside

  • Refridgerator in kitchenette
  • Stove
  • A garden area
  • Cleaning lady available
  • Lots of public transport nearby  (buses)
  • Own private entrance apart from the main buiilding (owner also lives next to building)
